Our Mission
Mastery Climbing Collective, created by Andrew Rothner, is a climbing coaching service, specializing in creating custom training plans, strength and conditioning training, mindset training, and hourly coaching. My approach is rooted in extensive education, 25 years of pushing personal climbing limits, and practical knowledge. I am dedicated to providing personalized coaching tailored to individual needs, so you can thrive in bouldering, sport climbing, trad climbing, deep water soloing, or competition climbing. Our mission is to help climbers of all levels achieve their climbing goals, and be better versions of themselves.

Customized Training Plans
Tailored to You
We create personalized training plans to suit your climbing goals and time-constraints, ensuring a tailored growth cycle.
Progress Tracking
Ongoing Support
This is vital to developing confidence and building awareness in your success. I am here to keep you inspired, supported, and hold you accountable through the whole training process. With our check-ins we track the progress you've made and build from there.
Coaching Plans
We offer a variety of different packages of climbing coaching, from monthly recurring memberships, to short-term six week plans, or individual hourly coaching.

Monthly Coaching
We offer 3 different tiers of recurring monthly membership. They are setup with supporting you to succeed in your short and long-term goals. Through intake assessments, Planned check-ins, and continuous monitoring this program will evolve to accommodate for your progression.

Six Week Plans
These are shorter plans with one primary focus. One focus will be on Strength and Conditioning. It will consist of exercises and workouts customized to your specific climbing needs. The other focus is on Mindset and Mental training for Climbing. It is a program containing progressive skills and exercises tailored to your specific needs.

Hourly Coaching
This is if you just want that one-on-one coaching experience. We can deep dive into any topic you want. It is also possible to schedule as a small group of four or less.
