Our six-week program is designed to help climbers build the physical foundation necessary to progress confidently and sustainably. Each plan is tailored to your individual goals, climbing style, and training background, ensuring that every session targets the areas you need most. Whether your goal is sending your next project, building resilience for a trip, or developing a stronger base for long-term growth, this program offers a structured progressive approach

Mindset and Mental Training
Focus
6 weeks/$250
Climbing is as much mental as it is physical. This six-week program is designed to help you strengthen focus, manage fear, and build the confidence needed to perform at your best on and off the wall. Each plan is customized to your unique challenges—whether it’s fear of falling, performance pressure, or breaking through mental plateaus.

Hourly Coaching
1 on 1/$60 per hour
additional $20 per person
Get focused, one-on-one guidance tailored to your immediate climbing needs. Whether you want to refine technique, sharpen mental strategies, improve training efficiency, or troubleshoot a specific challenge, hourly coaching provides flexible support exactly where you need it. Each session is customized to your goals, giving you practical tools and actionable feedback you can apply right away—on the wall or in your training. Also available is small group coaching up to 4 people.
